The Feast is universal, but some places have noteworthy celebrations.

"Divine Mercy Sunday" is another title given by the Holy See to the Second Sunday of Easter (the first Sunday after Easter). It is included in the Roman Missal and binding throughout the universal Church.

Therefore, as every Catholic parish celebrates the Mass of the Second Sunday of Easter, they also are celebrating Divine Mercy Sunday.

Whether announced as such or not, the graces of Divine Mercy Sunday are available at each Mass celebrated on this day in every Catholic Church around the world.

Read about our celebration on the grounds of the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy. Watch our celebration on EWTN. (Check listings for air time.)
