Thank you, Fr. I will soon be taking my final vows as a consecrated church hermit. Please pray for me. I have asked God to unite me to Him in His Passion. I need the grace and fortitude to bear His Cross with joy.

St. Rita has been one of my special friends for a number of years. She's the saint of the impossible - possibly referring to how she got into the convent after the doors had been locked thru the help of some friends http://www.catholictradition.org/Cascia/rita2-3.htm. Thanks for making her more known. She's special.

I needed so much listening of St Rita patience with her husband. I, on the contrary just want to leave mine,....he's self center, live life with he's big ego, moody and getting worse...... I just want to be alone with peace and joy. I know he's getting older I have to stay put. Through her intertcecsion I will try to think more with my heart and leave out the mind......thanks for sharing
