St. Padre Pio Novena Begins

We celebrate his feast day on Sept. 23. Padre Pio (1887–1968) — the Italian friar, priest, stigmatist, and mystic — is one of the most famous of our 20th-century saints. We can chalk that up to his stigmata — the wounds of Christ visible on his hands, feet, and side. “Pray, hope, and don’t worry” was the famous motto of St. Padre Pio.

The Marians invite you to join in our Novena and ask the intercession of St. Padre Pio for your special intentions.

You may send your special intentions to be remembered in our St. Padre Pio Novena of Masses. You may also pray along with the same prayer offered by the Marians at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy.
