Small Parish. Large Consecration Crowd.

Dear Hearts Afire,

A bit of news from St. Ann's Church.

I thought I would share with you the wonderful participation we had at St. Ann's Church in Hebron, N.D., when our pastor, Fr. Jeffrey Zwack, asked us to join he and the bishop of the Diocese of Bismarck, David Kagan, in making a Consecration to Mary from Feb. 20-March 25.

We are happy to report that 56 participants (20 men, 36 women) from St. Ann's, including Fr. Jeff, made the consecration on the Feast of the Annunciation using the 33 Days to Morning Glory materials!

For those who could attend, we celebrated the occasion with a special blessing at Mass and a social gathering afterwards. Six residents from the nearby Marian Manor Nursing Home at Glen Ullin also joined in this preparation program at this time.

We were amazed and blessed to have had so many first time participants make this Marian Consecration! Everyone received a certificate and a Miraculous Medal to remind them of their commitment on this special day.

We were excited to have so many participants, given that our small rural parish consists of 120 families, with a high number of one- to two-person households.

We wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with your 33 Days to Morning Glory program and hope to start the Consoling the Heart of Jesus program next fall. Thank you for your materials and leader support.

Lenten/Easter Blessings!
