Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy

The ministry was started in October 1999 in the Diocese of Eldoret with the blessing of Bishop Cornelius Kipng'eno Arap Korir. The Small Christian Communities will be under the direction and guidance of Reverend John Abiut at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Eldoret.

There was great excitement and fervor in the people when hearing about the Message of Divine Mercy, and Eldoret was the site of the first African Divine Mercy Perpetual Adoration Chapel for the Sick and Dying. Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration was started and adorers recite the Divine Mercy Chaplet hourly for the sick and dying around the world. EADM shipped a container of medical supplies and religious statues; the latter was used to refurbish the Adoration Chapel. We hope to get the Chaplet prayed in Adoration across Kenya; we trust in His mercy as we encourage all to assist St. Faustina in her mission of saving souls.

Bishop Korir welcomes the ministry to his diocese.

While in Kenya, we had the privilege of traveling and speaking with Sister Anna Ali, a religious Sister known to most Kenyans. She spoke on the Real Presence and Eucharistic Adoration and quoted from her book, Divine Appeal.

For more information on Divine Mercy in Eldoret, contact Father John at 321-61192, or email the diocese at catdioce@net2000ke.com. EADM hopes to spread the message of mercy across Kenya, and if you can assist our efforts, please contact us at eadm@thedivinemercy.org.
