Divine Mercy Sunday 2017

God's grace and the love of the Blessed Mother were the hallmarks of the Marians' annual Divine Mercy Sunday celebration at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, which drew more than 15,000 people and was broadcast live around the world.

And not a cloud was in the sky.

By 9 a.m. the line for Confessions was growing and Eucharistic Adoration began. Just an hour later at the Mother of Mercy Outdoor Shrine, the celebration began with music and spiritual presentations.

Shrine Celebrates Encuentro Latino

More than 6,000, mostly Latino, pilgrims made their way to the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy on a steamy August Saturday for Encuentro Latino. This year, a total of 101 buses descended upon Eden Hill, carrying pilgrims from as far away as Florida and Virginia, as well as from closer geographical points such as New York, New Jersey, and Boston, joining the Marian Fathers in this annual celebration of Divine Mercy with a Latino accent.
