'Spirituality in the Lives of Sts. Jacinta and Francisco Marto'

May 12, 2018 - For the first time in her 23 years as a religious, Sr. Ângela de Fátima Coelho, MD, was not in Fatima itself for the anniversary of Our Lady's first apparition on May 13.

Instead, she was in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, speaking to a rapt audience about three shepherd children and arguably the most consequential private revelations in the history of the Church.

Sister Ângela - who served as postulator for the successful canonization causes of Sts. Francisco and Jacinta Marto and who serves as vice-postulator for the beatification cause of their cousin, Lucia dos Santos - gave two talks at the Shrine.
