Tanzania

It is hoped and expected that soon, groups of Eucharistic Apostles of The Divine Mercy will be forming in the dioceses of Lindi and Moshi, Tanzania. Basic (or small) Christian Communities are a well developed concept there and are the major form of spiritual formation and growth.

A container of clothing, computers, sewing machines, and hospital supplies has been sent by the Tampa group to Bishop Ngonyani in Lindi, and hopes are to build a small trade school with accompanying bookstore and chapel. Divine Mercy materials are being translated into Swahili. A container of medical supplies and clothing is being planned for the Diocese of Moshi as well.
